- Lead and manage the department's CAPRA accreditation process, ensuring ongoing compliance with all accreditation standards and requirements.
- Oversee internal human resources functions for the department, including coordinating recruitment, onboarding, personnel actions, employee records, and compliance with County policies and procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff by providing leadership, coaching, performance management, training, and professional development.
- Manage departmental data collection and reporting systems to support strategic planning, performance measurement, accreditation, and operational decision-making.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit applications for professional awards.
- Compile and prepare required reports, statistical analyses, and performance metrics for leadership, accreditation, and other organizational needs.
- Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to departmental policies, processes, and administrative procedures.
- Assist department leadership with strategic planning, special projects, and organizational initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
