Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Sales Representative/Project Manager position in Virginia. The role involves managing sales processes, coordinating customer accounts, and working directly with clients to determine their needs. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, fostering client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. Collaboration with internal teams and providing outstanding customer service are key aspects of this role

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including client relationship building, lead generation, and closing deals within competitive markets
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to manage project complexities
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools for tracking and reporting progress
• Ability to work on-site in Virginia Beach, VA, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the recreational or construction industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
