Your Role
The Parks & Rec Admin Customer Assistant duties will include, but not be limited to:
Customer Service Front Desk-
Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers in person, via multi-line telephone and electronically.
Model behavior that creates a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere
Actively and positively engage with customers, providing them with options.
Clerical-
Operate office equipment and programs to include: computer (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams), multi-function printers, and multi-line phone system.
File alphabetically and chronologically, research information, answer multi-line phone and computer work such as type accident reports and various other documents, letters and forms
Periodically open or close the Front Desk and work alone in that capacity.
Facility Monitor-
Monitor lobby and conference room areas in order to ensure the safety and welfare of team members and visitors, assist supervisory staff in accordance with center policies and procedures.
Assist team in meeting established goals and expectations
Assist with other administrative team functions as assigned
Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on then current workloads and department needs.
