Your Role

RISE Enrichment Specialists will plan and implement educational instruction to rising 1^st– 6th graders (grouped by grade). 

• Specialist will be able to integrate Literacy into STEM-based projects and lessons and are expected to develop creative, fun, and innovated activities for program participants based on the weekly themes. 
• Plan an enrichment program that includes learning objectives.
• On a regular and consistent basis, meets and instructs assigned groups in the locations and at the times designated.
• Create a classroom environment that provides for student involvement in the learning process and enables each student to achieve learning objectives.
• Prepare for activities and provide written evidence of preparation to immediate supervisor.
• Take all necessary and safety precautions to protect students, equipment, materials and facilities.
