The Prince William County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a motivated and creative Preschool and Summer Camp Manager to lead our early childhood and youth programs. This full-time role oversees a vibrant mix of year-round preschool classes, seasonal camps, and children’s programming within a state-licensed preschool setting. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who enjoys mentoring staff, building strong programs, and collaborating with a diverse management team that includes fitness, aquatics, dance, sports, and facility operations, all under one roof.
