Adventure Coordinator, The Wild Way

The Wild Way, a nonprofit with the mission of providing outdoor, expedition-based experiences to girls to boost their confidence, resilience, and curiosity, is working with Oxbow to hire an Adventure Coordinator to help expand current programming.

The Adventure Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director to plan, organize, and lead confidence-building outdoor events and programming for girls ages 9 to 14 throughout the Roanoke Valley. Events may include anything related to outdoor recreation and/or confidence-building, including, but not limited to, hiking, camping, paddling, climbing, wellness, and art.

This role is well-suited for an energetic individual comfortable working both independently and on a team. They must be well-organized and reliable, enthusiastic about the outdoors and youth wellness, and compassionate.
