This role provides leadership in recruitment, payroll, and leave management while also guiding key talent development efforts—including internships, mentorship, and employee development programs.
More than just managing systems and processes, the HR Supervisor helps shape a workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to their purpose. This leader plays a critical role in ensuring our people practices align with our department’s mission and values—helping team members see not just what they do, but why it matters.
Your Role
Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs.
