Executive Director, Roanoke Star Cycling

Roanoke Star Cycling (RSC), a youth-focused mountain biking nonprofit based in Roanoke, VA, is seeking a part-time Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter. The ED will oversee day-to-day operations, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and strategic direction in close collaboration with the Board of Directors and key program leaders.

Oxbow, a managament consulting firm currently providing interim executive director services for RSC, is supporting this recruitment process and will assist with onboarding and transition planning through October 2025.
