The Trades Worker - Carpentry assists the Carpenter in performing a variety of skilled and rough carpentry jobs. Work is performed under the supervision of the Carpenter with general direction and work assignments coming from the Central Maintenance Administrator. Annual performance goals will be set for the Trades Worker-Carpentry.
Hiring Salary Range: $45,862.52 - $50,322.94

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (minimum)
Education: High School diploma supplemented by apprentice-level training.
Physical: Manual work with strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks, including lifting, stooping, bending, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions in outdoor and indoor settings; will perform manual labor in all weather conditions; will lift and move items equal to or greater than 80 pounds; will climb ladders; will use tools and operate equipment.
Experience: One year apprentice level experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, or experience which provides:
