We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to drive strategic agency-wide initiatives and shape our future direction. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for strategic analysis, leadership and innovation and experience in business strategy, cross-functional leadership, strong understanding of business operations and procedures and sound project management. This position will be responsible for managing the implementation of the agency’s strategic plan and working collaboratively with leadership, staff throughout the agency, the Park Authority Board and the county’s leadership to ensure alignment and effective implementation of all associated plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Any combination, experience, and training equivalent to") Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in fields related to the assigned functional areas; PLUS, Five years of professional work experience within more than one of the assigned functional areas.
