The Fitness Specialist will oversee aspects of group fitness programming and operations at the Chinn Aquatic and Fitness Center. This includes oversight of group fitness and fitness attendant positions. This includes oversight of group fitness and fitness attendant positions. This individual is key in initiating a culture of development and teamwork through the fitness and recreation center staff.

This position requires a fitness leader with a passion for training and staff development that puts safety first. They must have exceptional people skills, creativity, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and the ability empower creative problem solving.
