Youth and Teen Program Director (Park/Rec Spec II)

Reston Community Center (RCC) seeks a dynamic leader who can program events, classes, trips and summer camps for youth and teens up to age 17 for the growing population of Reston, Va. The director of this cost center oversees a more than $800,000 budget, and a part-time staff of 40-plus employees and volunteers. Programming serves the community’s young people both in RCC facilities and at a variety of offsite locations. Develops marketing and promotional materials in conjunction with the agency communications team and provides programming support to the agency’s mobile community center – RCC on Wheels.

This is a full-time, benefit-earning position and Reston Community Center is a Fairfax County government agency.
